*8/6/4 Cycles of:

Tabata Full Speed Running

[ Run in place if you have to 😉 ]

Then,

*5/4/3 Sets of:

Push Ups to Failure

*Scaling:

*Advanced/Intermediate/Beginner

Tabata – 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Cycled 8x for 4 minutes total.  For example, if you were doing Tabata squats, you would squat as many times as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds and then repeat the cycle once the 10 second rest period is up.

Push Ups:

Friday 11/22/13

DormWOD:

9 Minutes to complete as much of the following:

3 Hand Release Push Ups

3 Knees to Chest

6 Hand Release Push Ups

6 Knees to Chest

9 Hand Release Push Ups

9 Knees to Chest

12 Hand Release Push Ups

12 Knees to Chest

Continue this pattern until 9 minutes are up.
